Management Team
Dr. Athanasios Karamalis, a graduate of the Technical University of Munich, has a distinguished background in medical image analysis and security technologies. His tenure at Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG saw him advance from development engineer to leading research and development in imaging software, collaborating with key governmental and aviation industry partners. Now at MESASIGHT, Dr. Karamalis applies his extensive expertise to support leading global security companies and technology innovators.
Dr. Tassilo Klein, an alumnus of the Technical University of Munich with a doctorate in medical image analysis, further honed his expertise as a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School and MIT. His journey then led him to SAP SE, where he excelled as a Senior Research Scientist and later as a Principal Research Scientist at SAP AI Research. At MESASIGHT GmbH, Dr. Klein now serves as the Principal Scientific Advisor, adeptly translating the latest AI advancements into innovative solutions for security applications and more.
